By accessing or using innosoftix.com (the "Site") or engaging Innosoftix for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.
Innosoftix provides custom software development, web development, Shopify development, UI/UX design, graphic design and video editing, and ready-made software products. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract agreed between Innosoftix and the client, which governs over these general Terms where they conflict.
Quotes provided on the Site or in initial conversations are estimates. Final pricing, payment schedule, and terms are confirmed in a signed proposal or agreement before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Innosoftix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Innosoftix or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innosoftix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant engagement.
The Site or our services may reference or integrate third-party tools (such as our email delivery provider). We aren't responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed contract specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
